In an effort to promote respect for our environment, Pima Federal is thrilled to now offer unprecedented loan rate discounts on nature friendly loans.
vehicle loans:
Enjoy a loan rate discount up to 1.25% APR* off the qualifying loan rate on vehicle loans for vehicles that have an EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Green Auto designation of SmartWay or SmartWay Elite.
*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. Discount does not apply to existing loans. Funds must be used for finance of qualifying vehicle. Discount may be combined with other discounts. The 1.25% APR discount includes a .25% APR discount off the qualifying rate if the member makes a 20% or more cash down payment of the vehicle purchase price and an additional .25% APR discount for ACH loan payments.
PERSONAL LOANS:
Enjoy a loan rate discount up to 1% APR* off the qualifying loan rate on loans up to $50,000 used specifically for energy efficient purchases, such as Energy Star(R) appliances, replacement windows with double-glazed, low emissivity ratings, photovoltaic solar panels, rain water harvesting systems and solar hot and grey water systems.
*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. A purchase order or paid within 90 days of loan origination is required to qualify for discount. Discount does not apply to existing loans. Funds must be used for finance of qualifying energy efficient purchases. Discount may be combined with other discouts. Credit Lines are not eligible for this discount. The 1% APR discount includes a .25% APR for ACH loan payments.
home equity loans:
Use your home's equity to make environmentally kind changes. A loan rate discount of .75% APR* off the qualifying rate may be offered on closed-end, fixed rate Home Equity Loans used for higher-ticket energy efficient home upgrades and items.
*APR=Annual Percentage Rate. A purchase order or paid receipt within 90 days of loan origination is required to qualify for discount. Consult your utility company for available incentives or your tax advisor for tax deductibility.
