E.T. is menu driven. The voice instructions will prompt you for your next selection. If you are familiar with the menu, you can select an option anytime during your call.

First Time Caller -
How To Use E.T. The first time you call E.T., you will be prompted to enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your social security number. You will then be asked to select a new Personal Identification Number (PIN). We recommend that you do not use your social security number or your account number as your PIN.
Linking Accounts
You may link other account numbers together for easy access between accounts. For security purposes, we require your signature to authorize Desert Energy Credit Union to link specified accounts together. Please visit any of our branch locations to complete an authorization form.
