It's easy to sign up for FlexTeller
To ensure the security of your account, we request some personal information and require your signature. Please print the FlexTeller Activation and Password Request, and mail or fax to DECU. Once we receive the completed form, we will set up your temporary password and activate your account. You should receive your temporary password within 3 to 5 days after we receive your written request. For security purposes, we cannot accept requests for FlexTeller activation via e-mail.
